Welcome to PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION:s guest club – The Society! The general terms set below apply to membership in the guest club The Society and to receive offers and news about services, products and events, get bonus points when buying in the app, take part of new features, competitions and experiences in the app by Pincho Nation AB, 556870-7623, Trädgårdsgatan 2, 411 08 Gothenburg, SWEDEN (“Pincho Nation”) or our partner companies.

A condition to receive offers is that you accept these general terms and conditions. By tapping the button “"SIGN UP" – By tapping “SIGN UP” you agree to our general terms” you have created a guest club account/upgraded profile and you agree and are legally bound to our general terms and conditions for the guest club The Society. There are no costs involved entering a membership or being a member in the Society. The membership, and the contractual binding of the terms and conditions, is ongoing until the membership is terminated in a manner described in point 9.

The Agreement is entered in the language in which the terms and conditions are formulated and the applicable terms and conditions from the time of the agreement is archived with us.

We reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions from time to time. The latest updated applicable terms and conditions are available on our website.

We also reserve the right to change the terms of individual offers in the event that these conditions are inaccurate in accordance with what was intended or do not correspond to what is agreed between a partner company and us. In the event of such changes, you will be informed without delay.

We want the whole family to feel involved and be able to join The Society, but at present, the guest club is designed exclusively for those over 16 years of age. If you are under 16 years of age, you will therefore not receive any direct marketing messages or offers. However, in the long term, the guest club The Society will be individualised and designed to suit you who are under the age of 16.

You must be at least 13 years old to be a member of the guest club The Society. However, if you are under the age of 16, you need your guardian's consent to enter into an agreement with us regarding a membership in the guest club The Society. If you are underaged, we urge you to read these terms together with your guardian and if you intend to buy any products or services in the app, it must be with your own earned money, money you have received to dispose of yourself or with your guardian’s consent. By creating a guest club account and agreeing to our general terms and conditions, you attest to this. We reserve the right to request written confirmation of the consent of your guardian.


We are not responsible for incorrectly entered data. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date. Please contact us via to have your personal information corrected or updated in your profile.


As a member of the guest club The Society you receive bonus points corresponding to the amount that you pay for, regardless of payment method. However, you will not receive any bonus points when purchasing a Swedish gift card, but the recipient of the gift card will receive bonus points for the amount used from the value of the gift card when it is redeemed in connection with the payment. If you purchase gift card outside of Sweden, you will however receive bonus points, but not when you redeem your gift voucher. One (1) KRONOR corresponds to one (1) bonus point. One (1) EURO equals ten (10) bonus points. 300 bonus points equals one (1) bonus tapas. However, you cannot receive or collect more than a total of twelve (12) bonus tapas at a time. Earned bonus tapas are activated at 8 AM the following day. The bonus points generate bonus tapas that you can use at the time of payment in an order where the cheapest tapas is used first.

The validity period for earned bonus is limited to 365 days and the bonus tapas/bonus points therefore expires when 365 days have passed since the last purchase. An order in the app, on the other hand, extends the validity period of previously earned bonus to 365 days. This extension in validity applies even if you do not use your previously earned bonus tapas at the time of ordering.

Earned bonus tapas can be used at all Pinchos/Pincho Nations restaurants regardless of country. However, earned points that have not been converted into bonus tapas are tied to the country where they are earned.


As a member of the guest club The Society, you receive in the app, by e-mail, push, text messages, mail and/or via Meta; news, discounts and general, local and personal offers on services, products and events based on the information you provide about you to us, your orders, bookings, restaurant visits and other behaviors of yours in the app, on the website and the email. You can also take part in new features, competitions and experiences in the app.

You may receive offers from both us and our partner companies with whom we have a collaboration with. We at Pincho Nation only act as mediator of offers from our partner companies and we are therefore not responsible for the fulfilment of the offer by a partner. It is the partner company's terms and conditions that apply to the fulfilment of the offer. On the other hand, we at Pincho Nation are responsible for neglect in our mediating assignment between you and other partner companies.

Offers can only be used in their entirety and at one point, within the period of validity of the offer, unless otherwise stated. Offers cannot also be combined with other discounts unless this has been explicitly stated. The offers are personal and cannot be divided into several unless otherwise stated.


After you create a membership account in the guest club The Society, you will receive a welcome message and receive an upgraded profile page.


You decide if you want to receive notifications from us when you have received a new offer or when there is news in the app. You may be notified through channels such as push notifications, text messages, e-mail, mail and/or via social media platforms such as Meta. We are not responsible for whether your operator or telephone delivers/displays our text messages. However, you can always access your bonus tapas and/or vouchers when you are logged in with your profile in the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app.

You can at any time terminate the possibility of receiving messages with news and offers or choose which channels you wish to be notified through, by changing your communication settings under your profile in the app, by clicking at the subscribe link in individual direct marketing messages or by contacting us via


You can cancel your membership in The Society at any time by contacting us at If you cancel your membership you will lose any bonus points / bonus tapas that you have saved in your profile.

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate, modify, limit or modify our guest club The Society in the event of changes in services we provide or upon the launch of new services. All such changes will take effect after 30 days from the date you received information about the current change either through a pop-up/chat box, push notification, email or text message. If you do not approve the changes, you have the right to terminate your membership.

Evidence of abuse of its membership in the Society guest club, evidence of or reasonable suspicion of fraud, failure to comply with the terms, misrepresentations or conduct harmful to Pincho Nation's interests may result in the membership being withdrawn and affecting your opportunity to participate in the guest club The Society in the future. If your membership cancels, any bonus points earned in your profile will automatically expire.


Terms and conditions that you have agreed to as well as any dispute arising out or in connection from these terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish law. An amicable solution shall be considered before any judicial remedies. In the event where this solution would fail, Swedish courts shall have a non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions. This provision shall not deprive European citizens from their national statutory rights.

You can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the corresponding authority in the respective country if you have questions or want to have your claim tried out of court.
