You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of your guardian to purchase a gift card.
Gift cards are valid for:
- Sweden/Norway/Finland: one (1) year.
- Denmark: three (3) year.
Gift cards can be used at all restaurants under the brand name PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION which support gift cards and the currency in which the gift card is purchased. This is marked with the country's flag.
Delivery of gift cards to the recipient is made to the telephone number and date you have entered. You cannot specify yourself as the recipient of the gift card.
If the recipient has the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app, the recipient will receive a push notification when the gift card has been delivered. If the recipient does not have the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app, the recipient will receive a text message explaining that the recipient has received a gift card and requests the recipient to download and login to the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app in order to access the gift card.
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered data. We also do not answer for whether the recipient's operator or telephone delivers / displays the text message. However, the recipient can always access the gift card when the recipient is logged into the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app.
You do not receive any bonus points when you buy a Swedish gift card. Instead, the recipient will collect bonus points for the amount used from the value of the gift card when it is redeemed in connection with the payment and the bonus points can later be used on the terms that apply to the bonus system. If you purchase gift cards outside of Sweden you will however receive bonus points, but not for the person who redeems the gift card.
By checking the checkbox "I have read and agreed to the terms" and tapping the button “continue to payment” you agree and are legally bound to our terms of purchase for gift cards. In order for the agreement to be legally binding, you must complete the payment in the consecutive step which is handled by our payment service provider.
The Agreement is entered in the language in which the terms and conditions are formulated and the applicable terms and conditions from the time of the agreement is archived with us.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The latest updated applicable terms and conditions are available on our website.
The amount presented is the total amount and no additional costs will be added. No VAT will be added to the purchase of gift cards. You can only buy the currency from the country that your card is from. When potentially buying gift cards for currencies other than the one your card uses, there is a currency exchange charge that your card issuer charges. Please note that we are not responsible for any bank or transfer charges. We refer you to your card issuer for questions concerning this.
The only payment methods available are debit/credit card payment in the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app through our payment service provider. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If your card transaction is not approved for any reason, your purchase of gift cards will be cancelled.
You as a buyer will receive a receipt confirmation under your profile in the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app.
You as a buyer have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason, within 14 days of the purchase of the gift card. This applies on condition that the amount exceeds 400 KRONOR or 40 EURO. The gift card cannot be refunded for money after 14 days and can never be redeemed for any amount already used from the gift card.
The right to withdrawal cannot be exercised if the gift card has already been delivered to the recipient, as the gift card is no longer in your possession. The recipient must accept that the gift card is returned to you in order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The right to withdrawal is exercised by clearly announcing that you wish to withdraw your purchase by e-mail to payment@pinchos.se. In the message, you must also enter your name and telephone number that you use for purchases in the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app.
A refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Refunds are determined on the selected payment method and the amount is refunded to the same card from which the money was withdrawn from.
If you want to claim that the service is incorrect or we are in delay in delivering the gift card, you must notify us at payment@pinchos.se as soon as possible after you have noticed the error or delay (complaint). In the message, you must also enter your name and telephone number that you use for purchases in the PINCHOS/PINCHO NATION app.
Terms and conditions that have been agreed to as well as any dispute arising out or in connection from these terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish law. An amicable solution shall be considered before any judicial remedies. In the event where this solution would fail, Swedish courts shall have a non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions. This provision shall not deprive European consumers from their national statutory rights and if you live in a country other than Sweden, these conditions can be regulated by the mandatory consumer protection laws in the country in question, which may give you additional rights.
You can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the corresponding authority in the respective country if you have questions or want to have your claim tried out of court.
