These terms apply when we, Pincho Nation AB, reg. no. 556870-7623, Trädgårdsgatan 2, 411 07 Gothenburg, Sweden, provide booking services for the restaurants under the brand name Pinchos/Pincho Nation. When you book a table through our website, our app, or via Google, you agree to the following booking terms.
When you book a table, you enter into an agreement with the relevant restaurant. You are responsible for the booking and for ensuring that the information provided during the booking is correct. In addition to these terms, the restaurant may have its own terms that apply to the booking.
The booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation via email or SMS.
We strive to accommodate special requests (e.g., seating preferences, allergies), but these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For more information, please contact the respective restaurant.
If you are delayed, please inform the restaurant. We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after the booked time. After that, the table may be allocated to other guests.
The booking is only valid for the booked time period. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the restaurant staff.
If the selected times for your booking are fully booked, you will have the opportunity to join our waiting list. When someone cancels, you will receive an SMS with information about an available time slot.
The offer for the available time follows the "first come, first served" principle. To confirm the offer and book the time, you must click the link in the SMS. Once you confirm the booking, you will be removed from the waiting list and the booking will be confirmed.
Please note that you cannot join the waiting list for multiple time slots within the same time frame. It is not possible to be added to the waiting list if you book through Google.
Cancellation should be made as soon as possible, ideally 24 hours before your visit. Please inform the respective restaurant of your cancellation. If you booked through Google, you can also cancel your reservation via their website.
For bookings of large groups, inquiries should be made directly with the respective restaurant. The number of people that can be booked through our services is determined by the restaurant. Some restaurants may require a pre-order, please contact the restaurant you are interested in for more information.
To book a table, you need to provide your first name, last name, email, and phone number. This information will be used to send a booking confirmation to you and to allow the restaurant to contact you regarding your booking. The restaurant will also store booking-specific information about your visit, such as allergy information and guest requests. Your information will be processed in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, EU Regulation 2016/679) and our privacy policy.
External food and drinks are not allowed at any of the Pinchos/Pincho Nation restaurants.
Each restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate the restaurant's policy or display inappropriate behavior.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available when you book a table at any of the Pinchos/Pincho Nation restaurants. Any changes to the terms will be communicated via our website and will apply from the time of publication.
We reserve the right to refuse your booking if we have reasons to suspect abuse of our services. This may include, but is not limited to, repeated no-shows (when guests do not show up without cancelling), or if you otherwise fail to comply with our booking terms or engage in behaviour that harms our services or other guests.
If a booking cannot be fulfilled due to an obstacle beyond our control that we could not reasonably have anticipated when the agreement was made, and whose consequences we could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, we are free from liability or any other penalties. The same applies if the cancellation of the booking is due to someone we have hired or another party involved. We also reserve the right to changes in laws that are beyond our control.
These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Complaints or feedback related to your restaurant visit should be referred to the responsible restaurant.
Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish general courts. You can also have disputes considered by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
